Experimented with coco sap toddy using a plastic bottle of coke as receptacle and a plastic tube connected to a collecting receptacle ( used coco oil plastic can). collected about 1/5 of a small plastic mineral water bottle at 2:15 pm. Toddy tasted very sweet and maintained its sweetness until 6pm. No fermentation noted.
Alos planted moe malibago branches at the shoreline fronting the pavilion.
